About The Role
As the Whole School Principal, K-12, you will oversee the daily operations of the entire K-12 program, leading all academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities. You will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategic direction of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education, and cultivating a positive school culture that supports both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and vision to the entire K-12 school community, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and goals.
Lead and manage all aspects of school operations, including curriculum development, teacher performance, and student achievement.
Foster a culture of academic excellence, inclusivity, and holistic development across all grade levels.
Ensure effective communication between the school leadership, faculty, students, and parents.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve the quality of education, teacher professional development, and student outcomes.
Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of high-quality teaching staff.
Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and regulations.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, the community, and external partners.
Lead school-wide initiatives that promote student well-being and extracurricular engagement
