Key Responsibilities
Support the Principal and leadership team in the development and implementation of academic programs for the elementary school.
Advise teachers on best practices for student development and instructional methods.
Monitor student progress and provide guidance on academic planning and student support services.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Support the professional growth of teachers through coaching and mentoring.
Ensure the alignment of the school’s academic programs with educational standards.
Requirements
M.Ed or a related advanced degree in education.
At least 3 years of experience in an advisory or leadership role within elementary education.
Strong knowledge of elementary education practices and student development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
