About The Role
As a Computer Science/ICT Teacher, you will inspire students to explore the world of technology, coding, and digital literacy. You will teach core ICT subjects, including programming, computer systems, and digital media, helping students develop critical skills for the future. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and committed to fostering a love of technology and problem-solving in students.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons that cater to students’ abilities and learning styles.
Teach subjects related to computer science, programming, software applications, and digital literacy.
Encourage students to think critically, solve problems, and explore technology in innovative ways.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology across the curriculum.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (international or Gulf experience is a plus!)
Strong knowledge of computer science concepts, programming languages, and ICT tools.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for teaching and inspiring students to embrace technology and innovation.
