About The Role
As a Male Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and structured classroom environment, focusing on both academic excellence and social-emotional development. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities and learning experiences of your homeroom students, ensuring a structured and positive atmosphere.
Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages active learning and personal growth.
Deliver lessons and assessments tailored to individual learning styles, ensuring academic progress across all subjects.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Regularly communicate with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Organize and support extracurricular activities that align with the school's values and mission.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
A valid and recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally within an international school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
