
About The Role
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play an essential role in creating a positive, interactive, and engaging learning experience for young children. You will be responsible for fostering early childhood development through creative, play-based learning that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and skilled at working with young learners to guide them through their early educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Create a warm and inviting classroom that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
Plan and deliver fun, interactive lessons that cover foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and physical activity.
Foster a love of learning through play-based activities, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, providing personalized support as needed.
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to early childhood education.
Establish a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued, and respected.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Kindergarten or early childhood setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with young children, parents, and staff.
A genuine passion for working with young learners and fostering their developmental growth.
