About The Role
As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and structured environment for your students. You’ll be the primary point of contact for students, guiding them through their academic journey and helping them develop socially and emotionally. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and enthusiastic about teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the academic, social, and emotional development of your students.
Plan and deliver lessons across various subjects, ensuring that they meet the individual needs of each student.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel supported and valued.
Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure each child’s success.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or Gulf setting.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A caring, patient, and nurturing attitude toward students.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
