About The Role
As an Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a range of artistic disciplines, including visual arts, drawing, painting, and sculpture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing creativity, providing students with the skills and techniques to express themselves artistically, and fostering an appreciation for the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic lessons across various art forms such as painting, drawing, and sculpture.
Encourage creativity and self-expression, guiding students to develop their artistic skills.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes creative exploration and learning.
Organize art exhibitions and extracurricular activities to showcase student work.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate the arts into the broader school curriculum.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (international or Gulf experience is a plus!).
Strong knowledge of various artistic techniques and art history.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
