About The Role
As the Academic Director, K-12, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all academic programs across the school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels. You will play a key role in shaping the school’s curriculum, fostering teacher development, and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the development and implementation of the school’s K-12 academic programs.
Provide guidance and support to faculty in curriculum design, teaching strategies, and student assessments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence across all grade levels.
Collaborate with school leadership to align academic initiatives with the school’s mission and vision.
Lead professional development initiatives and training programs for teachers.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and ensure that academic standards are met.
Develop and maintain strong communication with parents and the wider school community.
Ensure that all educational policies and regulations are adhered to across the K-12 school.
